All incoming products undergo thorough inspection and evaluation.
Our inspection lab is directly connected to the receiving warehouse, allowing inspections to be completed on the same day as arrival.

We also collaborate with certified inspection partners compliant with AS6171 and AS6081 standards.
By utilizing advanced inspection equipment and ISO 9001-based quality management practices, we have established a quality assurance system that ensures authenticity and minimizes defects—without relying solely on operator experience.
In addition, all delivered products are accompanied by inspection reports and photographic records, providing clear quality verification and full traceability.


Overview of Inspection Process

1.Visual Inspection
(Stereo Microscope / Microscope)

Detailed inspection of lead deformation, oxidation, corrosion, markings (text, font, logo), and package damage.


2. Dimensional Inspection
(Digital Caliper / Micrometer)


Measurements of thickness and lead length to 0.01 mm accuracy, compared against datasheets and specifications to detect altered or counterfeit parts.


3. Surface Removal Inspection

Surface layers are removed using specialized chemicals to identify unauthorized remarking or repainting.


4. X-Ray Inspection (2D / 3D)

Non-destructive analysis of wire bonding connections, die size, and lead frame consistency.
High-precision analysis is available when reference samples are provided in advance.


5. Electrical Characteristic Testing (Curve Tracer)

Measurement of I-V characteristics between terminals, compared with standard waveforms to detect defects.

    Chemical removal of the package to verify chip markings and logos.
  • Electrical & Environmental Testing (Outsourced)
    Evaluation under rated voltage/current, leakage current, and temperature variations.
  • Programming Test
    Writing and erasing programs on MCUs and FPGAs to verify internal operation.
  • Lead Content Testing
    Detection of lead content using specialized chemical methods to confirm RoHS compliance.
  • Re-Taping Service
    Re-taping of bulk, tube, or tray components in accordance with JIS and EIA standards.
