Products are shipped from our domestic and overseas suppliers to us.

After confirming quantity and quality, we notify you and arrange shipment.

Please confirm the quantity and quality upon receipt.
Invoices are issued at the end of the delivery month, with payment due by the end of the following month.

FAQ

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks after order confirmation.

Do you keep inventory in stock?

Items marked as “In stock in Nagoya”are available, but we generally do not hold our own inventory.
Stock quantities are based on the latest information from our partners as of the same day.

Are your products genuine?

We list genuine products and items purchased from authorized distributors whenever possible.
Market-sourced items are clearly indicated.

Is importing from overseas complicated(customs, duties, negotiations, etc.)?

No. We handle all import procedures, including customs clearance and payments.
You can purchase parts just like a domestic order.

I purchased the wrong part. Can I return it?

We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns or refunds for orders placed in error.
If we are able to find another customer willing to purchase the item, we may buy it back.
