Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations

【Returns / Exchanges Due to Customer Reasons】

As most products are specially sourced per order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Cancellations or refunds due to customer reasons are also not accepted.

However, if another customer is willing to purchase the item, we may arrange a buyback.

If, due to unavoidable circumstances such as inability to secure inventory after order placement, we are unable to supply the product, we will notify you by email or phone.

【Refund Policy】

For credit card payments, refunds will be processed according to the card issuer’s procedures.
For bank transfers, refunds will be made via bank transfer, and transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

【Returns / Exchanges Due to Our Responsibility (Defects, Errors)】

If a product is defective or differs from your order due to our fault, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt regarding quantity discrepancies.

Except in cases of defects, we may not be able to accept returns or refunds after this period.
For defective products, shipping costs will be covered by us.

【Warranty Period】

・Authorized Products: 1 year from shipment
Market Products: 30-day refund guarantee or equivalent to the supplier’s warranty (whichever is longer)

Please note:
・Quantity discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt
・Defects must be reported at least 10 days before the end of the warranty period

We are unable to respond to claims made after the warranty period has expired.
