Genuine parts purchased from EZY PARTS are covered by a 1-year warranty.

  • In the event of defects or malfunctions, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund.
  • Manufacturer analysis and return handling are also available where applicable.

Market-Sourced Products

Market-sourced products are covered for 45 days after delivery, or the warranty period provided by our partner—whichever is longer.

Returns

  1. If an equivalent replacement is available at the same price, we will provide a replacement.
  2. If the issue is due to our service or the supplier, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Refunds will be processed by the end of the following month after we receive the returned items.
